Terms of Sale
- All stamps are mint, never hinged in at least fine to very fine condition unless noted otherwise in the description. All items are sold subject to your satisfaction. Any stamp purchased from us is returnable within 14 days of receipt for a prompt refund, exchange or credit for a future purchase.
- There are many items where we may have more than one example in stock. In this situation the image shown will be representative of the item for sale. This applies to lower priced items.
- All listings are net price and subject to prior sale. Purchased items are normally removed from my online catalog. However because of phone orders and show sales, sometimes there may be an item shown that has been sold. In this case, your payment will be refunded or your credit card will not be charged unless you indicate alternates.
- A discount of 10% is given on all stamps issued after 1940 if your order is more than $100.00. All stamps issued before 1940 are net price.
- If a sheet is ordered that does not fit in a 6 by 9 envelope, Priority mail shipping will be used to ship and a charge of $9.85 will be added to the invoice.
- American Express, Discover, MasterCard and Visa are accepted. My checkout system will prompt you for all required information. For your convenience, you may set up an account when placing your first order on my website. Using your last name and a password, you will be able to pull up your account for future purchases. For security reasons, only the last four digits of your credit card number are stored.
You may also send payment by check or money order, but it must be in US funds. Stamps will be held for seven days from date of the order pending receipt of check or money order. - A normal order is any order which will fit in a 6 by 9 envelope or smaller. For orders totaling $50.00 or more, there is no shipping charge and is sent postpaid. Orders under $50.00 incur a charge of $1.25 for postage and handling.
A special order is any order which will not fit in a 6 by 9 envelope. This kind of order will include most sheets. There is a charge of $9.95 for postage. This order will be shipped Priority Mail in a rigid container. For shipments to other countries, please allow for actual shipping costs. - Illinois state residents will be charged 8% sales tax.
